On-the-Job Training (OJT) Grants Available

Did you know….Frederick County Workforce Services (FCWS) has On-the-Job Training (OJT) grants available to help Frederick County employers alleviate some of the costs associated with hiring and training new employees. Eligible employers can apply for reimbursement funds of up to 50% of the new trainee’s wages while the employee is enrolled in the OJT program.
