Family Festival at the Farm Spotlight: Sycamore Spring Farm

Sycamore Spring Farm, located at 6003 Elmer Derr Rd, Frederick is one of almost 20 farms opening up their doors for Family Festival at the Farm this weekend. Farmer Carol has several unique attractions and products available for visitors. Sycamore Spring is family-owned and takes pride in farming the natural way. Check out some of the fun and taste some products grown right on the farm! Be sure to meet Applachaie, the most adorable Scottish highland calf!

The Farm also offers a CSA with naturally grown products grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, with an emphasis on soil health, conservation and permaculture.  For more information, click here.
