Brides-to-be will work up a sweat at Frederick's first boot camp just for brides! Sponsored by Marie Crawford's Bridal, Buff Brides Boot Camp is a 8-week work out regimen held at Urbana Community Park, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7am, January 4 - February 24, 2011. The boot camp's 16 workout sessions with trainer Lauren Zegowitz will focus on both aerobic and resistance training so brides will tone muscle and lose inches. Participants will also receive an Under Armour t-shirt and several giveaways and discounts from local wedding vendors including discounts on honeymoon packages from Cruise One!
